Yes, your results will be extremely noticeable in a short period of time, but I guarantee they will go in the opposite direction just as fast once the programme is over. That's why we look at all aspects of your life, including what you eat, what you don't eat, sleep patterns, working hours, stress levels etc. After all, it is always hard to change the dynamics of your lifestyle.
I try to make these changes with minimal disruptions to your daily living patterns. Don't get me wrong, there will be changes, but how many will depend on how you live your life.
