Griffin Fitness Philosophy 

Here at Griffin Fitness, I have a passion for helping people. I have the enthusiasm I had when starting many years ago. Each individual is different and not one size fits all. 
Through a lot of experience and working with many clients, I have gained a wealth of knowledge. I believe in looking into all aspects of my clients' routines, not just nutrition and exercise. There are a lot of other factors that can affect your well-being such as sleeping patterns and stress levels, to name a few. 

I try to make my clients' goals as easy to reach as possible, even though this is not an easy journey. 

I want this to be a sustainable change, one that will stay with you for life! This is not about getting a quick fix where you will end up slipping back into your old routines. Believe me, I have been there, and I know what it takes to make that change. Being on my website is hopefully your first step to making that change.
