Online and In-Person Classes 

Every week I will be hosting a Zoom class, so you can take part in your own home or in the garden. I lead the class by demonstrating the bodyweight exercises and then everyone else will join in. The classes are all about having fun, so don't be shy - get involved and join in! You can take a break whenever you need to, so do not worry about that. If you wish, you can switch your camera off, however, everyone in the class will be too busy watching me so they can see what they need to do next.

Indoor / Outdoor Classes 

My personal training classes started primarily indoors, but due to COVID-19, I was forced to do classes outdoors. I set up my equipment in the park, where I have a structured class with all the tools you need for a full-body workout. Clients who attend these classes are both new and old and some bring along friends who want to join in. Training outdoors has been received well by all those who have taken part (weather permitting). However, the gym I use has been good to me, so even if you do not have a membership, you can still come along and join the classes once we move indoors. 
Everyone loved training outdoors in the nice weather, so this has now become part of my 1-on-1 training to enhance your health and fitness goals!
